Let It Be

Hourglass“When people say “Let it go,” what they really mean is “Get over it,” and that’s not a helpful thing to say.”

“It’s not a matter of letting go – you would if you could. Instead of ‘Let it go,’ we should probably say ‘Let it be’; this recognizes that the mind won’t let go and the problem may not go away, and it allows you to form a healthier relationship with what’s bothering you.”

– Jon Kabat-Zinn, founding director of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School

I love this I have found it so true. People were always telling me to just let go, not so easy for so many of us and I found for so many different reasons, reasons all our own , and I found that just real ok . that part of being human and honoring yourself. so as with you I found one day in that quite space, PAUSE AND LET IT BE. it felt good and very powerful yet it brings me peace every time I here it. so I put on my business card to share with others a gift if you will, so I thank you for some space here to share maybe something more important than we all know. so PAUSE AND LET IT BE. thanks so much cherie
